Juan & Brenda were married in April of 2015 (again, I’m WAY behind on blogging, haha) at the Spartanburg Marriott Hotel. Which is absolutely gorgeous for small weddings and events. I’d recommend anyone having a wedding reception (at least) there. But back to Juan & Brenda! I was contact by Juan to photograph their small wedding for a few hours and I happily said, of course!
Since it was a little last minute booking, I hadn’t met the bride and groom before the wedding, so getting to know them was on the spot, haha. Upon meeting Brenda, I found out she’s Australian! She had this amazing accent that I could probably listen to all day long, oh and if you can’t already tell, she’s simply GORGEOUS. Juan’s long time friend was Brenda’s matron of honor and her son was Juan’s best man. The wedding was small, less than 50 people attended, with just close family and friends. It was perfect 🙂
Here are some highlights from Juan & Brenda’s beautiful intimate wedding.
The day ended (for me) when they cut the cake and said toasts. A very touching and sweet toast came from the matron of honor as well as a reading of a song that Juan had wrote some time ago (he’s a musician!). I was very honored to be a part of their beautiful day and I wish them both the absolute best (even if it’s super late, haha).
