We met in May 2013.
Only with Joanna and her sister, though. I didn’t meet her fiance, Adam, until MUCH later. I’ll get into more details later, but all I know is that Joanna wanted bridals. But we had to wait ALMOST a year just to do them. Preparing for these bridals was so exciting, but it may have been because we had to wait SO long before we could do them, lol. I would get texts from Joanna about how excited she was and counting down the days until we could step onto Furman’s campus to officially start shooting her bridal portraits. And once I saw the photo of her dress…..I just couldn’t help it. I was angry we had to wait so long, lol. BUT! If we done them any earlier, we both would have went INSANE waiting to post them. Just 2 1/2 months was enough, lol.
But Adam & Joanna were married this past Saturday and buddy, I’m SO excited to show you that wedding…I mean…OMGAH. BUT! At least I can finally show off these amazing bridals of this amazing woman! 🙂
Another important tidbit of the day were these little charms. Some of Joanna’s grandparents have passed away, so this was her way of having them with her on the day of the wedding 🙂 She decided to bring them along with her bouquet for the bridals 🙂
This shot was very important to Joanna. We took it for her dad, but we’ll get to that when I post their wedding 😛
Furman University Campus is ALWAYS an amazing place for bridal portraits. You can never take the same photo twice over there 🙂
I can’t wait to show off their WEDDING photos now that I finally got to watch this beauty walk down the aisle. Joanna & Adam are now on their honeymoon in Destin, FL. I’m so jelly, the beach is TOTALLY calling my name right now!
More blog posts are to come over the next week including the Preschool Shoot that I done earlier this month!
Have a great weekend!
